Personal Money Orders

Any denomination up to $500. Fee is $1.00.

Bank Money Orders

Similiar to a cashier's check, available in any denomination. Fee is $2.00.

Land Contract Collection

This is a valuable service for anyone receiving payments on a land contract, promissory note, or other installment agreement. Services included are:

• Providing the buyer (payer) with coupons with which to make the payments
• Keeping track of the interest and principal portions of the payment
• Providing a receipt to the buyer and the seller each time a payment is made, showing the current balance and current year to date interest and principal paid
• Disbursing the proceeds of the payment to the seller by crediting an account at our bank or by sending a cashiers check to a third party
• Furnishing the required 1098 and 1099 reports of interest paid or received
• Make all required Government reports
• We can accommodate multiple buyers, multiple sellers and multiple disbursements for a seller. We can handle escrow, and we can provide complete transaction history at any time.
• Payments can be made in person or by mail.
  

Land Contract fees include:

•  $100.00 set up fee.
• $10.00 each time a payment is made.
• $5.00 per disbursement made by a cashiers check. No charge for disbursements made to an account at our bank.
